We're pet people — there's usually a labrador under Grace's desk. Fourteen of our eighteen homes have fenced yards, and we don't believe in breed lists or monthly pet rent.
- Up to two pets — dogs under 40 lb each, cats always welcome.
- $300 refundable deposit per pet — that's it. No monthly pet rent, ever.
- No breed restrictions. We screen people, not breeds. Well-behaved dogs over 40 lb are considered case by case — just ask.
- Fenced yards at 14 of 18 homes — each listing shows the pet rules for that house.
"When our beagle Clyde got out through a broken fence panel, Hal fixed it the same day and helped us look for him around the neighborhood. Found him on Ellwood. That's the kind of landlords they are."
